Great service! Second time using Bikago, each time was good. This time I wanted a motorcycle instead of a scooter, so made sure to book ahead to guarantee I'd get the model I wanted. Bike was wonderful to ride and very well maintained. Solid phone holder with charging port is a very handy feature. Staff were amazing! Accommodated for a last minute extension to my rental period with no fuss. Very friendly and excellent service! Honest business with a large selection of scooters and bikes that are all maintained in great condition. ~ Chris M
Excellent!!! Rented the Honda PCX 160cc and it was just great and easy. Booked before arriving in Bali and the drop off/pickup service was very smooth and on time, they delivered the bike a day before I arrived 🤩. The scooter was clean and with full tank that lasted forever, really, at the beginning I was scared because after riding for a while the gas tank was still showing as full. My wife and I went to many many places around Keramas, Ubud, Kintamani and more. The PCX has enough power for hills and for 9 days Bikago gave me the best price including insurance. Definitely will rent again with Bikago when I come back to Bali. Service is superb! I wish I could take the bike with me 🤣. ~ Mike A
Wir waren froh bei bikago den Roller gemietet zu haben. Verkehrssichere roller mit Versicherung. Der Service war der Wahnsinn, wir haben per WhatsApp Änderungen ohne Probleme abstimmen können. Den Roller konnten wir nicht mit nach nusa penida nehmen, aber dafür konnten wir den Roller in sanur abgeben und auf nusa penida hat ein Mitarbeiter direkt am hafen gewartet um uns einen neuen Roller zu übergeben. Es gab auch keine Probleme bei der Rückgabe. Ich kann bikago nur weiterempfehlen! ~ Daniel K
