Der Service war der Wahnsinn, wir haben per WhatsApp Änderungen ohne Probleme abstimmen können.
Den Roller konnten wir nicht mit nach nusa penida nehmen, aber dafĂĽr konnten wir den Roller in sanur abgeben und auf nusa penida hat ein Mitarbeiter direkt am hafen gewartet um uns einen neuen Roller zu ĂĽbergeben.
Es gab auch keine Probleme bei der RĂĽckgabe.

Great service! Second time using Bikago, each time was good. This time I wanted a motorcycle instead of a scooter, so made sure to book ahead to guarantee I'd get the model I wanted. Bike was wonderful to ride and very well maintained. Solid phone holder with charging port is a very handy feature.
Staff were amazing! Accommodated for a last minute extension to my rental period with no fuss. Very friendly and excellent service! Honest business with a large selection of scooters and bikes that are all maintained in great condition.

We booked two times with bikago. Bikes were delivered on time to the hotel and the condition of the bikes was excellent, so you feel confident driving in Bali.
But the best part is the customer support. We made two changes of our booking, and contacted bikago with whatsapp. They respond in minutes, were very helpful and make sure to fullfill your needs. The refund process was very easy for not used days, and the insurance gives you peace of mind.
I highly recommend to everyone. The prices are a bit higher, but it's really worth the money.

Arrived late in hotel. Booked a scooter at 10 p.m. for delivery at the hotel the next morning. Bike was delivered promptly at 10 a.m. Fantastic. I rented a Yamaha Nmax 160. Bike was literally new. Bike came with phone holder and a simcard to easily navigate. Helmets were cleaned properly. Bikago might not be the cheapest, but is probably one of the best. If you want no hassle during your vacation, just rely on Bikago.

This was amazing experience, great partner for you adventure. Very proffesional services, not exactly the cheapest bikes you can get on Bali, but every dollar worth of great services and support, and you feel the reliabliness on every step. we have rented a motorbike for 5 days, it was in excellent condition and they have offices around the island so it is possible to leave it in your last destination point. If you have to drive a lot I suggest to choose a proper bike, not a scooter, because you can find off road and holes, if you need just turn around the town take scooter, it is enough.

The service is very professional and takes care of everything, even allows you to get the international driving license directly after the booking. The customer service (via WhatsApp) is always available and when I had to extend the booking for two more days, they just clicked a button and it was done.

I can highly recommend this rental bike company, they have really looked after me in the best possible way when the first bike was a bit uncomfortable for my wife they changed it without any problems, I shall use them again and again every time.

Rented twice a N Max from them and both were seamless, convenient and trouble free. Bikes in good general condition. Top case option very convenient. Wish they had an X Max option. Helpful and friendly support agents via whatsapp.
